Its been over 6 weeks since I made an online purchase for a spa treatment to use over the Christmas holidays (2012). As previously experienced with Groupon, you receive a voucher after the deal purchased ends. This never happened. I waited over a week, nothing came through. Sent an email, no response. Made a call, got disconected at each attempt. Sent a second email as follow up, got no response. On the 10th of January I made a call again, this time requesting a refund. I then received a confirmation email stating that my request had been sent to the refunds department. I was also advised on the phone by Aasim that I would have the money back in -5days working days. 17 January I received an email from Janine for the spa voucher. I advised her to follow the emails I sent and my request for a refund. Janine then told me to send an email to the refunds department to request a refund (REALLY?!!). After another long hold on the phone 23rd Jan I spoke to a Ronelle who "understood' my frustration and promised me a call back to confirm a refund. No call back, no email, no money back. They deducted money from my account instantly, no instant service!!!
