Still awaiting refund since 13th February 2013

On the 11th February 2013, I bought a groupon voucher for a restuarant in East London. After paying for the voucher, after 2 days, i still did not receive the voucher. When I called Groupon on the 13th February, they advised me that the deal did not go through and that they would refund me my money.By the end of February, I still did not receive my refund. When I contacted them again, they said that they are in the process of refunding me. March, still no refund, then they emailed me asking if they should keep the money for another groupon deal. I refused, sending them my banking details to deposit my refund.By then I was so frustrated, annoyed with Groupon's lack of profeesisonals where customers were concerned. It is now the 20th March 2013, and still they have not refunded me. I called cuctomer services again this morning, they advised me that it would take 5 working days for me to receive my refund.

I dont think think that I would ever use groupon again, as their service!!!
