I bought a voucher on Groupon about 11 days ago (6 January 2014), I realised afterwards that I bought the incorrect voucher and phoned them to request a refund as per their website are you allowed to do that. They advised me that it will take 7 working days for the refund to be done. I did a follow up yesterday as it has been more than 7 working days, where I was advised that the money was refunded on the same day that I bought the voucher. I advised them I wouldn't be doing a follow up if I had received the money and I haven't received a response from them.
