Refunds not paid for months

I ordered and paid for a Mellerware coffee machine an aqua jug in December 2012. On two occasions, the courier attempted to deliver the coffee machine only and not the aqua jug. I thus refused delivery. On both occasions, Groupon was notified but I did not get my products. I have emailed Groupon numerous times to obtain feedback and request proper delivery or a refund. To date, I am still awaiting my refund.
I also returned a defective smoothie maker. The product was collected on 18 January. To date, I have not received my refund despite repeated requests.
Groupon's customer care and refunds department do not bother to respond to emails yet they have the cheek to request feedback on their service! I have provided my banking details and have been waiting months for my refunds. I am disgusted with Groupon and would like my refunds.
