No delivery, no refund, meaningless emails

I ordered an item worth R999 on 19 November 2012.
Was not delivered an on January 23, 2013 I queried it.
Requested a refund: January 29, 2013
The request was confirmed on January 30
On 8 February another agent asked whether I have received the delivery. I stated that I am, in fact, waiting for the refund as confirmed on 30 January
On 11 February, I was informed that a refund has been made. Nothing reflects in my bank account.
On 15 February I was asked to rate the service. WHAT service?

And mark my words: the company's reply to this will be another automated response, with no consideration of the context.

I am extremely disappointed in Groupon. R999 is not a small amount of money. I will certainly not recommend Groupon to anyone.
