I have bought numerous vouchers from Groupon in the past and always been happy. Not sure what has happened recently, but I will definitely not want to purchase anything from them again.

In December I bought camera sunglasses for my partner for Christmas, when delivery was late, I asked them to change the delivery address to my home address as I was going on leave. This was not done, so I did not have a Christmas present for my partner. On receiving the glasses in January, they were the poorest quality product, and did not work. After many ignored emails, groupon eventually arranged to collect them and give me a refund. This collection happened at the end of February, and to date I have not received my refund, or an answer to any of my emails asking for information. I always get a mail to say my request has been updated - (#684797)- but the link does not work.

Poor show Groupon to such a great concept. you make me hesitant to use any social buying site in the future.
