Courier service customer service very bad

I logged an issue (#730761) to return a bag more than 15 days ago and still today no one has come to pick it up as yet.
Even though I have an issue with very slow to non response of groupon on the report my main issue is with the courier IT that groupon uses. Their customer service is very poor. I received a call (rather a buzz, i was expecting their call so I kept my phone near me and the phone did not even get to ring on my side it just showed a missed call) from them. I called them back to confirm collection time and the consultant I spoke with kept on saying there was a bad network and she could not hear me even though I could hear her clearly, she asked me to hung up and call again. I did hang up and called again and got through to the same consultant who hung up on me. I called again to complain about their attitude and they claimed their consultant would never do that and put me through to another consultant who took my number and asked to call me back. I am still waiting for her to call me as we speak. I indicated on the report that if courier comes to collect at anytime this week I will be in, so can they just send someone already... I am tired of bad attitudes!!!
