I purchased a Groupon deal two weeks before Christmas on Groupon's Christmas deals page. I noticed that it allowed for 4 weeks delivery in the fine print, but was told by Tammy, a Groupon consultant that all deals purchased on the Christmas page would be received before Christmas - this did not happen. I waited until the first week of January to call Groupon when Ulrich advised me that the courier service they used had gone into liquidation and all goods on the Christmas page was not delivered, but would be delivered from 07/01. I did not receive my package or any explanation. When i phoned this week i was told that Groupon had no stock. They then followed my phone call with a email from Groupon consultant, Zulfa which gave me a tracking number. This tracking number was for an item sent in 2009 to a Mrs de Wet.

I want a refund NOW!

I will never buy ANYTHING on the Groupon website ever again. Worst service i have ever experience and i plan to spread the BAD word.
