I bought an item from groupon on the 26th of November 2012, the money went out very fast yet to date i still have not received the goods.
On 21 December 2012 I received an email notification from groupon to inform me that my goods were handed over to the courier company (COURIERIT).
I waited until Tuesday (08 Jan 2013) when I decided to call groupon to find out what's happening, sat on the phone for about 30min waiting for someone to answer the phone. When I finally got through, the lady I spoke to told me there was nothing she could do from her side as the goods were already handed over to the courier company and I needed to contact the courier company directly!!

I then contacted COURIERIT and spoke to Francois who promised to investigate and call me back after 20minutes, waited for his call for about 2hours and he still didn't call. I then decided to call him back and he told me that he called the JHB branch where the goods were delived by the supplier and he was told that my goods were despatched on 22 December 2012 and no one knows where they are. He already gave me the impression that my goods might have been lost somewhere as he mentioned that he'll contact groupon to send
