I recently purchased an experince where my husband and myself would be able to attend a saturday cooking class there after have supper and wine, there was a cell number for me to call to book and an email address, i called the cell and got cut off several times, i smsed with no response, I then emailed ensuring I included groupon onto this email, I still recived no response. i the emailed groupon directly and its now almost a week later and still no reponse. this has been going on for 2 weeks with me being unable to get hold of the supplier offering the service or without groupon responding. i purchased this groupon as an anniversary gift for my husband as I know he loves cooking, but now I feel like ive wasted my money, our anniversary has come and gone and Im getting no response from anyone.
