Waiting more than 3 months for my delivery

I ordered a baby product from groupon on 25 May 2013 and I'm still waiting for it. I gave them at least a month or so to deliver as i know they sometimes take between 4 to 6 weeks to deliver but when it was not being delivered i called groupon and was told they would be delivering soon, they were struggling to find my house. I again called in July and they told me to call the courier company, I called Courier it and was told that my package was sent back because in the information provided to them by groupon there was no surburb i stay in and they were also not supplied with my contact details so they returned my package back to groupon, this was in July already and I was told by Lindo Ngubelanga that my matter would be escalated. I waited and then sent several emails but did not get any response. Finally on 29 July I received an email from Bianca solomons to please provide them with my details again as. I obliged and sent her the details and this was the last time i spoke to her. Week before last I called and spoke to Beverly who told me she would speak to bianca who was supposed to have gotten back to me within 24 hours and till today Im still waiting!!!
