I have placed a order with GROUPON on 03/12/2013. On 17/12/2013 when I called to confirm delivery the person confirmed taht I can speak to Courier It as the parcel left for delivery. When I spoke to them they confirmed that my parcel will be delivered 18/12/2013 before 11h00am. 18/12/2013 when I spoke to Courier It that confirm that the parcel was cancelled by Groupon due to NON STOCK. Whey do they then advertise delivery within 2 weeks? When you call them it take up to 20min before you speak to someone and if you do they have a arrogent attitude and I quote" WE CAN TRY AND SORT IT OUT IN A WEEK, BUT CANT GIVE YOU A DELIVERY DATE" not 5 working days a week when a required re public holidays Naomi said no you cant count olidays, why then say 1 week??? I will never ever in my life by anything from Groupon again as thay can't keep their promises and you need to phone that they cant even send you a SMS or email to say sorry your parcel is delayed.
