Bad service Groupon's delivery company Courier IT

I am really disappointed with Groupon and their delivery company Courier IT. I ordered 3D boards and 6 boxes were delivered to me. Petros called last week and told me that they delivered a wrong box to me. I asked him to check how many boxes were supposed to be delivered to me. He didn't call. A lady by the name of Maria Kotze called me today shouting at me saying two parcels were delivered to me and one was not mine. I asked her to check her facts straight because I didn't get two parcels but 6 parcels. And why is she shouting at me because I am not the one at fault here, her company Corier IT is the one at fault. She said she is going to report me to the police. So now I am a. This feels like what used to happen in the apartheid era, you are blamed for something you don't know. I told her driver to come and collect one box that I have which has my name on it.

If Groupon continues to work with such incompetent companies like Courier IT who can not manage their work and blame it on other people, I will move my business somewhere else.
