Two out of two problems

I bought a deal for a meal, and paid by EFT. Apparently I used the incorrect reference - I used an O instead of 0!!! So now the deal is cancelled - and instead of refunding my money I am offered credits. I only found this out because I made the phone calls, sent emails etc. No customer care from them.
This is the second time I have tried to buy a deal - and the second time its been a problem.

Daddy's Deals on the other hand sent the voucher the same day and a polite thank you note to boot!

No more Groupon for me thanks!
