DISGUISTING SERVICE FROM GROUPON!!!

I Purchased a cake set september/ October 2012. When I finally recieved it in November it was damaged and scratched. I reported it to groupon and the courier company picked it up on the 10th December 2012. I was told by Groupon that I would be refunded within3-5 working days. It is now the 23 January 2013 and I still have not recieved a refund. I wrote a complaint on Hellopeter on the 31st December 2012 and again in January, regarding this issue. I called Groupon today, what frustrates me is how long a customer has to wait on the line to get through to a consultant. I finally got through after almost an hour, and spoke to Nyameka. She was so abrupt on the phone. When I asked her how can she speak to a customer this way..her response was I went out of my way for you! While I was still on the line with her, she said "ok bye" she was cutting me off. She said she didnt have to get up and do what she did for me. I have always recieved bad service from Groupon and their consultants. I was told today I will recieve my refund within 3-5 working days! All I want is my refund!!!
