I have been using Groupon for about 3 years or so, but my order of 2013.12.27 has stopped my relationship with this Vendor. Delivery of items is normally around 4 weeks. On 2013.02.01 sent email requesting delivery details. Reply mentioned 4 week delivery period, but 4 weeks was already up. On 2013.02.13 phoned at my expense (Cape Town), Ash advised delivery would be within 5 to 7 days, also confirmed qty of 2 to be delivered, yes, 2 to be delivered. On 2013.02.13 1 unit was delivered. I was away so my daughter signed for the unit. On 2013.03.20 I phoned Lindo (at my expense again) requesting delivery of 2nd unit. Reply, "no stock, will be no delivery" Delivery took 2 months, why? We will give you a credit. If I had not phoned, Customer would have been charged for 2 units and not batted an eyelid to contact Customer and advise non delivery and credit. This event is tantamount to from the Customer. Beware of Groupon there are Goverenance issues, stay away from Groupon.
