On 6 November 2012 I ordered 'Sloggi Men's Underwear' on the internet from Groupon. My order was confirmed the same day and I received a voucher from Groupon (REF 12426500). The amount of R 299, 00 was charged to my credit card. After not receiving the goods, I enquired about my order on 13 December 2012 and received a reply back from Groupon (Carmen) that 'any orders purchased on and before 5 December will be delivered by 20 December. Yet again I did not receive the goods. On 7 Jan 2013 I contacted Groupon again enquiring about the delivery. This time they had the excuse that they did not have my physical address to deliver the goods. This is impossible as when the goods are ordered on the internet the system will ONLY accept a physical address for delivery? I gave them my physical address and delivery was promised by Groupon. Rayne from Groupon even confirmed with me on the phone that they do have the products in stock. These events were confirmed in the e-mail I received from Groupon on 15 Jan 2013. It has now been almost 5 months since I placed my order with only empty promises from Groupon and still has not received my goods or a refund.
