No delivery for paid goods =!!!

On the 15th September 2013 I have purchased two Ethanol Fireplaces from Groupon. Payment was made and according to the advertisement delivery would be within 1 week from purchase. Unfortunately the Customer Care line is so congested that I seldom get through, but on the 4th October I got through to a Farrick (If I heard correctly) who very apologetic told me that Groupon made a mistake on the terms of delivery and that delivery will take place 1 week after the deal has closed, but that I can expect delivery before 11 October 2013. He confirmed the address and the call ended. 11 October I phoned again. I was No.10 in line and had to hold for a nice 14 minutes just to be No.1 and then the call was cut-off. Again I phoned an got through to Beverly who put me through to Customer Care, now I was 14th and was cut off again. I then sent an email to Groupon requesting delivery by the 14th. They responded that they will attend within 24hours. Needless to say I AM STILL WAITING. So, now I am tired of your nonsense and the fact that I have paid for something based on your terms and conditions and you are now in breach. It has been more than 30days already!!!
