PROMISED DELIVERY DATES/NO DELIVERY

As my previous complaint, NO SERVICE from GROUPON. Promises are being made by Groupon and no delivery. Order was placed mid December, they said 4 weeks delivery, everytime they have excuses and I need to phone again and again. The 4th Feb they promised delivery by the end of the week, that has not happened. I HAD TO PHONE THEM and now they will get it delivered by end this week or early next week. South Africa has gotten used to this no care attitude from suppliers who take you money easily but POOR/NO SERVICE. I will see if this delivery takes place or is it again EMPTY PROMISES FROM GROUPON. I will be so ashamed if I was an emplyee of GROUPON.
