I ordered a CCTV DIY kit from groupon on the order confirmation it said the item will be delivered with in 2 weeks i bought it 12/11/2013 it is already 03/12/2013 the two weeks has come and gone and still no delivery you cant get through to their customer line and i can also not trace my security code im still awaiting response from the e-mail sent to them yesterday as well as this morning

i also phoned in the second week where the consultant confirmed with me that the order is on its way and will be delivered on Friday last week and im still waiting i can also not track the item as they say its a untraceable security code

what service is this if groupon cant even make sure that the orders are delivered on time as per the order confirmation or if they cant even reply on a simple e-mail looks like the only way to go now is to complain
