I placed an order with Groupon SA on the 31/08/2013 for a pacard Bell star bundle. It was paid for and delivery for this product should have been 2 weeks. I waited up till now and still no delivery. I sent customer service a mail regarding this on the 31/10/2013 and Vinoth replied the next day saying I am escalating this issue to the appropriate department for the status of the shipment. Once I have the update, I will contact you with more information. Today 07/11/2013 I still had no answer from him and phoned from Ghana at my expense to find out what`s going on. I was put on hold for more than 8min. I was then told this product is out of stock. I asked why I was not notified of this before and had to wait 2 months for a product that is out of stock. No one got back to me to explains this to me. This is not the first time they have done this to me. Two other items were the same story where I waited more than 2 months for delivery. User-ID: 129219112 and User-ID: 129219112 these were never deliverd to me and had to struggle to get some one to help me with my refund. I will not use Groupon anymore and want to warn as many people as possible not use Groupon SA.
