Dealclick
Incorrectly Advertised Products

I ordered a Sports Digital Music Player from Dealclick which clearly stated in the advertisement that the product comes with a FM Radio. On delivery, I realised that the product not only never have a FM radio but did not look like the product advertised.
I then proceeded to request a refund from Dealclick and they had the nerve to ask me to return the product to the supplier in Pretoria! Firstly, it was not my fault that the product was advertised incorrectly but now they want me to use my time and money to return the product to the supplier in Pretoria! Secondly, they have the audacity to tell me that only once they receive the confirmation from the supplier that I have returned the product, only then will they refund me in Dealclick credit! I DO NOT want Dealclick credit! I want my money to be transferred back to my bank account!
Does Dealclick seriously think that I would ever do business again with them given this pathetic service and inferior products!
