I recently purchased 5 Carol Boyes photo frames from Groupon SA. It was promised that delivery would take place 2 weeks after purchase. 3 Weeks after I purchased the deal I had to contact Groupon to find out where the photo frames were? I dealt with a lady and she assured me that she would get back to me the next day, which of course never happened. Two days after that I phoned again and was 'helped' by Nasrudeen. He couldn't confirm when the goods will be delivered and he had to contact the supplier to confirm. Once again I had to send him another email requesting confirmation on the delivery date.By the time he responded that delivery would take another 2 days, 4 of the 5 frames had already been delivered? The next day a courier company phoned me asking what my exact address is as Groupon never indicated it on the parcel. The 5th frame was in Pta and we live in Jhb! So that took another 2 days. When I opened the frames last night, some of the frames are broken! This will be the LAST time I will ever order on Groupon. Your client service is beyond ridiculous and your products are sub-standard!
