Good Day,

I am utterly disappointed in your company and the level of service you provide.

Personally I think it is a and you lure customer on these fantastically advertised deals, but you never deliver.

I called in to find out where my order was for I made a purchase about 5 weeks ago.

The level of service is atrocious.

Eventually I requested to speak to a manager, I was told to wait and the agent disconnected the call.

Is the the level of service we receive?

I truly hope this is not a as the I will broadcast this in other media.
