On 27/2/2013 i purchased 3 vouchers from Groupon, after a week i called them to check what was happening, I was told to send a proof of payment, I did. When i followed up again, i was told that they do not issue manual vouchers, so i will have to be refunded. Somebody else told me I can also choose to get a credit note instead of a refund which takes 7 days, the credit note thakes 2 days. I told them i will do the credit note. The 2 days has elapsed and there hasnt been any feedback. The service is annoying, the consultants tell you they will call you back, and they never do. If they dont want to assist me, then I want my money back.
