4groupon vouchers purchased, no vouchers, 1 refund

On the 08-April 2013, I purchased Groupon vouchers to the value of R485, 00.
On the 29th April, I sent an e-mail requesting my Groupon Vouchers.
Since my request, I have spoken to Tarique, whom informed me that the payment does reflect on their system but I need to send proof of payment.
Their payment notification clearly states that you no longer need to send proof of payment.
Then I spoke to Waseema whom informed me that the payment does not reflect on their system.
On the 06th May I requested that vouchers be cancelled and asked for a refund.
After that I spoke to Kelly-Anne Paulus whom on the 09th May 2013 informed me that the query will be concluded that day.
On the 15 May Waseema requested proof of payment again.
On the 21st May my banking details were requested to refund vouchers purchased.
Nazley from Groupon assured me on the 30 May that my refund will be processed on that day.
It is the 07th June today and I am still waiting for my refund.
I have received 1 refund to the value of R105 about 2 weeks ago and just cannot seem to get the rest of my money from Groupon SA.
Is this how Groupon SA normally liaise with customers?
