After waiting two months for a product to arrive i finally gave up. When the promised month had elapsed i phoned and was told in a week, this then happened for three consecutive weeks until eventually two months had passed and i had still not recieved the item i had ordered. I was fed up and phoned the call centre asking for my money back as i was tired of waiting for something that may never arrive. I was told i someone from the refund department would contact me shortly. That was a week ago and not only do i not have my money back yet but no one has contacted me from the refund department. I am beyond irritated by this as i understand sometimes product delivery may be out of Groupons control, however a refund should be something handled easily. Its ridiculous that i need to wait for my own money back!!!
