Cannot get my money back!

I purchased a Groupon voucher - code 001020591Y.
Received a mail from Groupon notifying me that the restaurant was no longer honouring the voucher & they found a substitute restaurant that didn't suit me. I telephoned & requested a refund.
Feb 28th I received a mail confirming that my request for refund had been received.
Mar 01 received the 2nd notification advising me that my request had been escalated.
About Mar 04 I phoned to find out what was going on and was told that Groupon was waiting for me to advise whether they could credit my Groupon acct - I said no, I would like my credit card credited. The person I spoke to said she would process my request online. Well of course that didn't happen.
About Mar 7 I called again & spoke to Ashika who said there was nothing in the records stating that I wanted a credit and she made the notation.
By Mar 11 I was becoming seriously annoyed and I sent an email. No response to this.
Mar 15 I called again - said I wanted to speak to a manager, was told one would phone me - NOTHING!!!
I cannot believe not only the appalling lack of customer service but the fact that 17 days down the line Groupon still hasn't passed my credit.
