WITHHOLDING REFUND

I purchased an item on the 21/01/13 from Groupon and later realised that it was only designed to be used on lighter skin, I cancelled on the same day, this can be done within 7 days. 15 days later I sent an email querying that I have still not recieved my refund, I recieved an email from Waseema with proof of refund (credit note date 21/01/13) on the 11/02 I emailed again and got the same email with proof of refund from Cheryl, I then called Groupon and the consultant their told me that the refund has been done and I needed to send them my bank statement to prove to them that I did not recieved my refund, which I then did... still no response and no refund, a day later I went into an FNB branch and they called Groupon on my behalf just cause I needed to prove that I did not receive my money, I spoke to Kieth who then told me that it takes 7 days to process a refund from day of cancellation but he will contact the refund department to ensure that my money will be in the next day or 2... its now 28DAYS LATER and I still do not have my refund.
