I purchased two Groupon vouchers on 10 May 2013 [furniture from Cielo lifestyle]. Unfortunately, I did not redeem the vouchers with the merchant and the vouchers expired. Cielo lifestyle suggested I contact Groupon for a reissue of the vouchers or request a refund. I requested a refund from Groupon on 7 August 2013 [to refund the amount back to my credit card]. To date I have not received a reply from Groupon after several phone calls to their call centre. On one occasion, Waseema Peters? stated that she will email me when the transfer to my credit card has been finalised. I am still waiting for a response. Terrible customer service
