Refusal to Refund for Voucher I never Recived

I Bought a GROUPON coupon for R1259.00 and never received the voucher, and I thus asked for my money back, I was told the refund would take three days to be credited to my account, I requested that the money be Refunded to my bank account, which GROUPON SA is refusing to do.

this is literally .. as I didn't receive the GROUPON VOUCHER I paid for, and GROUPON is refusing to put the money back into my bank account, and are insisting in giving me GROUPON credit, which I have no plans to use after this ordeal. I think this is illegal on many grounds..

1.) For selling a voucher that merchant confirmed had ended days before
2.) for refusing to refund the money charged for a product they didn't have
3.) the customer service agent was very rude and loud on the phone

Basically GROUPON is selling vouchers that no merchant is fulfilling, in other words, FAKE vouchers. GROUPON has taken my money from, given me nothing in return for it, and refusing to refund my money to my account. This has to be criminal?
