9 weeks to supply a credit and still not done

I have always been happy using Groupon... From time to time one cannot use a groupon if it has expired or the supplier no longer wishes to validate the Groupon... I have never asked for a refund, but Groupon has always given me a credit which i would use for future groupon purchases... 9 weeks ago i sent an email to groupon requesting my credit... they informed me that they would pass a credit (As per the consumer act), but could not give me the full amount back as "Please note that we have a limit per day on the amount of credit we can add and so your total will reflect over a couple of days. "... Yet in 9 weeks our total credit has not been refunded and we have not received any credit since the 13/3/2013"... I did however receive approx 57% of my credit but for whatever reason can't get the ramaining 43%... I have sent them an email every day but just keep getting a reply email "We'd love to hear what you think of our customer service. Please take a moment to answer one simple question by clicking either link below". I keep replying "Bad, I'm unsatisfied" but this has fallen on deaf ears..

I want to buy a groupon which expires today and use my credit as part payment!!!
