No refund into credit card as requested

Hi,

I am making this complaint out of desperation. I used to buy multiple vouchers from Groupon but unsubscribed in January this year due to, amongst other reasons, exceptionally poor service and poor communication with customers.

I am now down to the last couple of Groupon vouchers bought last year that I've tried to redeem without success. I sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] on 26 March 2013 requesting a refund for a Groupon voucher at a lodge the supplier refused to redeem because they claimed that Groupon was taking more money from them than agreed to and it was not financially viable for them to accept any vouchers. Eventually the money was refunded as a Groupon credit although I requested for the cash to be refunded into the credit card I made the purchase with as I have no intention of every purchasing another Groupon voucher. After repeated e-mails since then, I have had no further feedback except for confirmations that my request has been actioned (which it hasn't).

I've also been trying to redeem a voucher for a restaurant but can't get through at all so suspect that it closed down but can't be sure due to no communciation from Groupon.
