Store Refuses a Credit or Refund

I bought a t-shirt from Justmen. After one use and a wash colour ran on the shirt. I took it back to the store and the manager said he could not help me without the owner Nazeem Ali could look at it. I got a sms a few days later from the manager indicating that I must come in for a credit note. I went in after a week only to be told that they have to send the t-shirt to the factory for assessment. A few days later I received a sms stating that it is a factory fault and that a credit note will be granted. I went back to the store but they refused to give me a refund or credit note. I also spoke to the manager of a sister store Shadows, said he could not help me without Nazeem's approval. I also asked Gateway management to intervene - -they basically did nothing. I challenged Nazeem about why it was going to take six weeks for the factory to assess the shirt. Because I challenged him he called me a and said that I washed the shirt incorrectly and that he will show me a point, he will call back the t- shirt at his cost and will not give me a refund or credit note. I have proof of e-mail correspondence and sms's to validate my claim.
