Still awaiting refund

On the 12th February I bought a Groupon voucher, I however decided that I did not want it and as per Groupon 7 day policy, I cancelled voucher and asked for a full refund.

I sent a email on 12th Feb requesting refund back onto my credit card, on 21st Feb I received a email from Groupon saying that the request has now been sent through to their refunds dept to action. On 1st March I receive a response from Refunds dept requesting if they can credit my groupon account with the amount.

I decline and refer them back to my original mail on 12th February clearly requesting a full refund onto my credit card.

On the 12th march I phone their call centre to check progress, I am told by the call centre agent that my request cannot be traced on the system, so I am back to square one as agent logs a new request for refund.

A month has elapsed and now my request has conveniently disappeared of the system, this service and all I want is my refund!! Groupon User ID 98849002
