In December 2012 I purchased an Airo space air bed from Groupon to be delivered to my holiday home in KZN. The bed was received on time however after using the product for tow days by the third day the bed had gotten warped. Upon arrival from my holiday which was in January 2013 I contacted Groupon and informed them of the incident. I have made several phone calls and sent e mails as they promised me that they would collect the bed and refund my Bank account. We are now in the middle march and no refund has been done nor has the product been collected as they promised.
