BUYERS BEWARE OF GROUPON
I purchased a R99 voucher on Groupon which could be used on the [URL Removed] website. Bought clothes on the Zando site and later returned and requested a refund. Zando did not give me a new voucher and instructed me to request a refund from Groupon for the R99.00 Voucher.
My request for a refund was made to GROUPON for the refund of the R99 voucher on 1 March.
Waseema Peters replied to my request on 1 March saying she will investigate and then never got back to me again, I have not heard from her since but strangely marked my query as solved on their online support system.
I requested assistance again on 5 March on the same query and received no replies
I requested assistance again on 11 March after which I received a reply from Nerice Heyburgh who informed me my refund was granted.
Its 22 March today and I have not received any refund and my request ticket has been deleted from the Groupon support system.
I WARN ALL SHOPPERS TO BEWARE OF GROUPON THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS SHOCKING AND YOU MIGHT NEVER RECEIVE A REFUND
