Not refunding for failed deals and no feedback

I was contacted by Groupon 6 Feb to inform me the Sara Spa voucher has been cancelled. I informed them my creditcard details have changed and also included other banking details.
14 March they informed me my refund has been approved.
To date I haven't confirmation that it has been paid into any of the 2 accounts I supplied them with and I don't see it on my statements.
If it has been paid please can you send me proof of payment/date paid - otherwise please refund me for the deal that GROUPON cancelled!
