No response on refund request

I bought the Formosa bay groupon a few weeks ago. See [URL Removed]
I tried to redeem the voucher on 8th Jan 2013 only to discover that the resort is fully booked beyond the date for which the voucher is valid. I then emailed [Email Removed] on 8th Jan 2013 and again on 11 Jan 2013 requesting a full refund.
I have had no feedback from groupon whatsoever. I don't want to kick up a fuss. I would just simply like a refund asap
