Still no Vouche

On the 26/08/13 i purchased a voucher for permanent eye make-up & did the eft the next day. On 27/08/13 i telephoned the call centre to query why i hadn't received my voucher and e-mailed them as well. I was informed that i would receive it in 4 to 5 working days. On 13/09/13 i e mailed Groupon after calling the call centre twice. I was again told that everything looked fine and my voucher would reach me soon. On 17/09/13 i called the call centre again and said that my voucher was not sent due theseeming non-payment. The agent could not help me in explaining what happened and transferred me to the supervisor, Zulfa Julies. Zulfa was very understanding and requested that i send proof of payment and the reference number which i did. She reverted saying that she could not locate the payment and said she would refund me. On 18/09/13 i responded by saying that i did not want the money back as i had complied with all requirements on my side& had followed up from day 1 and if there was something wrong i should have been informed then. On the 18th i again requested feedback & again received an e-mail saying that they wanted bank details for a refund. I again said i didnt want the money.no resp
