Still waiting on refund

I purchased the MyCascades deal on Tuesday 27 August and paid via EFT. You get to select the corresponding bank account, to your own, which I thought would facilitate speed of process. When I hadn't heard back within an hour, I emailed to follow up on the whereabouts of my voucher. They responded that evening, saying it could take up to 5 days for the payment to reflect. Why then have the option of selecting the bank? I requested a refund as having to wait 5 days for my voucher would defeat the purpose of actually buying it. I was asked to send in a proof of payment, that had to adhere to a list of do's and don'ts. After much to and fro with the call centre on email asking I could print and scan the POP, I received no response. I then requested the manager's name and contact number - no response. I then received the actual voucher a few days later, sent this back to them and said here's proof that I paid. No response. Eventually I called and the agent said I could well scan and mail my POP, which I did. They came back and asked if I want a refund or groupon credit, I opted for the refund. Then they came back and said there's still no resolution to my case. REALLY?
