No Refund to Date

I bought a Groupon voucher for a Major Car service at Auto Crew Fourways Service Center. Picked up it was a. Logged a called with Groupon to get refunded for this dodgy deal that was advertised.

I still have not been refunded and i logged this on the 11th of November. Almost a month now and i have been running in circles trying to get my money back. I have different people emailing me and giving me different options when i just want my money back! There is no one taking ownership.

How long does it take to get my refund??

This is totally unacceptable, one person told me i will get my refund, i sent my bank details through. Another said they are escalating, then they said they refunded, still have received anything then another agent advises me to gift my voucher to someone else? i mean really after all of that i am now stuck at square one again?

Please man, just refund my money and i will be well on my way! Gosh customer service is so bad
