No delivery and no response

I ordered an IPhone 5 cover in December. The money was removed from my bank account and I received an email saying that the transaction was a success, confirming that the money had been taken and saying to allow for 4 weeks for delivery. The email also stated that my delivery address had been provided to the supplier.

It is now the end of January and there is still no cover. I have emailed Groupons support mailing address lodging a query, I then read further on their website and found a product delivery mail address for delivery queries and sent a mail to that address. It has been a full week and there has been no response. I am taken aback that any company can pull funds from your account, not deliver and then proceed to ignore your queries and I see from this website that I am not the only person this has happened to. I would recommend staying away from the Groupon website!
