Not refunding faulty product

I purchased an MP3 player with earbuds; however, one of the earbuds doesn't work. I contacted Groupon on 8 January to arrange for the faulty product to be collected and exchanged for a working one. No one responded to me. I have followed up numerous times; they keep closing my request without resolving it. It has now been almost 4 weeks, and I still have a faulty product. I want Groupon to collect it and process a refund, as I'm now fed-up with this debacle; but despite telling them I would go to Hello Peter if they didn't respond to me, I have still heard nothing. I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with Groupon's service.
