Ordered a product online in early Feb for delivery-at that stage gave my home address as delivery address as I was on leave. Once I returned to work and sent a request that my delivery address be changed - this request was received and acknowledged (#722823). A few weeks after delivery notice and no arrival I checked the Groupon website and found that the courier had stated I was unavailabe 3 times already - this was not true at all - I didnt even know they had tried to deliver it. Complained to support who just gave me the courier's contact details and was told to phone myself.By this stage the courier had already called me out of desperation and we had resolved the delivery issue - no update on my delivery address had been received by them. This was 19 Mar. Queried to Groupon why this change of address was not conducted properly - Groupon's response was to consider the matter solved on the website - while my query was still pending!!! Have since re-opened it but after 10 days I have heard nothing - not even a message just to say sorry - there was a up! Throughout this whole process I have been completely ignored and still am - lesson learnt.
