Groupon's fine print

I purchased movie tickets from Groupon and asked for it to be refunded as I won't be able to use them before the expiry date. I was told by Groupon's customer service that they don't refund 'event' tickets as indicated by their fine print. I had a look at their website and couldn't find this fine print. Groupon maybe your fine print shouldn't be soo fine!
