Bad Service NonDelivery and No Responce to Queries

On the 4th December 2012 I placed an order and paid R 1499.00 for a set of Gordon Ramsay Pots. To date I am still awaiting delivery. I have sent many emails querying the non delivery and all I receive back from them is a computer generated response that says there is a festive season delay and they give an email address to email which is "# For delayed delivery and change of address, please email [Email Removed] I have not had the courtesy of a reply from this address.
