Non delivery of goods purchased

I ordered and purchased goods on the 9th of January. I was told that delivery would take place in February, but I have not received my delivery as yet. I have called the call centre numerous times to get an exact date of delivery but I keep being told "at the end of the week" which has yet to come. I have also tried to change my delivery address numerous times, but to date Groupon has not changed this address on their system. the last time i tried to enquire about the delivery and my delivery address was on 4th March 2013, and the call centre still had the wrong address, they could not tell me when delivery would take place and WORSE dropped the phone on me!! I am utterly disgusted at Groupon's tacky service and would like to request that my goods get delivered asap!! or please may I get a refund!! I will definitely think twice before I make use of Groupon again. This is not the way to treat a customer.
