No one knows where my package is!

I ordered a set of Gordon Ramsay stainless steel cookware on Groupon before Christmas 2012. I expected the package to be delivered during my leave since the delivery time according to the website is "UP TO 4 weeks" and I was worried that it will arrive at dead man's door if I have it shipped to the office. When after the holidays it had not been delivered, I contacted Groupon to change my delivery address from my residential address to the company address. I got a ticket number and a wishy-washy response from Kelly-Ann saying that I should allow 5 days for the supplier to make the stock available before the 4 weeks for delivery commences and that I should contact Courier It in the 3rd or 4th week to arrange for the new address. It is now more than a month after the order was placed. Courier It has no record of ever having received this package, and Groupon is not responding to ANY of the multiple emails I've sent to multiple email addresses, not even with a ticket number. This is pathetic! How many people does it take to change an address!!
