False Promises and bad service

I ordered a Milex Electric pasta maker products from Groupon SA on 07 December 2012 and still have not reveiced it. I must have made 10 calls to them and everytime I get a different story. I have an e-mail from Kelly Hart stating that the product would be delivered on 01/02/2013. To date nothing has been delivered. On Monday, 04/02/2013 I spoke to Uhlrich that informed me that the product will be delivered today. I phoned this morning, just to confirm delivery, guess what, I must now wait another two weeks because they have to make out a new order. It was Groupon's responsibility to "redeem" the voucher and they conveniently forgot. Herewith their terms and conditions regarding the pasta maker:
